I got to see the house before they remodeled the house. The house was the worst looking house in the subdivision in Bear Creek. They not only followed my design elements but uniquely applied their spin on it. Voila! It was the prettiest house in the hood. I was impressed with how the work came together, their finish, their determination, to overcome obstacles, creativity, and especially that the house sold for more than any other house in the subdivision.
