This past Thanksgiving they actually invited me and my family down to the front office for Thanksgiving dinner. I didn’t expect to get a full meal but that’s exactly what they provided. I try not to pay attention to all the bad comments and figure things out on my own but as of yet no problems at all. I haven't rented in 15 yrs so it's nice to have found a place with a nice staff. “I have lived here for over 2 years and love it. Things really picked up when they got new management a month or so ago. They are cleaning up the grounds, repainting and you can tell they really care! I love my townhome..it feels like a real home. I plan to stay for a long long time. Definitely recommend this place!”

“Recently moved out this place but just wanted to say that the manager Sarah is super great. She was always helpful and understanding with any issue we brought to her attention. We have honestly never had better service anywhere else. The property is kept clean and tidy and it didn't flood during Harvey! The end of the road did, so we couldn't really get out into the main roads but the property/ parking was completely safe. And even though other apartment complexes in the area have a lot crime going on, this place is located at a dead end and stays nice and quiet. Everyone is really respectful and keeps to themselves. This was the best place we ever rented.”
