“not sure where all the negative comments come from. there are pros and cons as any other complex no matter where you go. the location of the apartments is perfect if you like to do outdoors stuff (park, museums,zoo, gardens) all within walking distance. bars and restaurants are all within a 5-10 minute drive. not to mention the metro rails station which is 6 blocks away and takes you to downtown or any of the stadiums. The apartments are clean for the most part, pools and gym are well maintained and residents are generally easy going and polite to each other. managements is fine. not the best I have seen but not so bad where I have to complain about it. the maintenance requests do take a while sometimes but if you call they will resolve ASAP. There have been some security concerns as far as car break-ins in the garage but you if you take the proper precautions as not to leave valuables in your car in plain view, then there would be no break-ins. We make sure to to leave anything in our car and have never been broken into. gotta have some common sense here people. there is a not so nice neighborhood a few blocks away across hwy 288 and it only makes sense to take some precautions no matter how secure your complex is. Price is decent given that this is an expensive area. I rented towards the end of the year which is when prices are generally at their lowest. In general, we love it here and will most likely sign a new lease for another year. You cant expect to have a perfect place to live in. that is just not realist.”

“Came here for a birthday party. My cousin had rented out the area for his daughter's first birthday. The rental area was really nice. Very spacious and plenty of different spots for hanging out. What's interesting were games laid out around the bottom floor. Pretty cool spot.”

“Great location and the staff is very nice and accommodating. Noise is pretty good for the most part. I've only had an issue with noise maybe a handful of times over my year and a half here because I live on the 4th floor looking down at the pool/grill area so that's been good. Bugs are never an issue, but I have had 2 or 3 lizards though. Door side trash pick up is great and now they've implemented a new system for packages so that you can pick it up even after office hours.”

“I love living at Siena! I've been living here for 10 months. When I had to move to Houston for a work promotion I was nervous, you know you want to make sure to pick the right location and the right apartments/house. I visited a few apartments but Siena always stood up to me with how beautiful they looked, the high ceilings, nice floors with carpet only in the bedroom, pet friendly. I thought it was perfect. Then to top it off the staff is awesome specially Matthew. Matthew is very professional, friendly and he always goes the extra mile. Maintenance request get answered quickly and the maintenance staff is very nice. Did I mention that the location is great? You have the Beer Market right next door and everything is close by. Pharmacy, supermarkets, Gym, Many restaurants/fast foods, the park and even car wash. Also the freeway is very close as well.”
