“Oh, my goodness. I lived in building 8 for 5.5 years, and I am telling you, if you have a chance to live in any of the units in building 8 - do it! It was the quietest building I have ever lived in. Not once has there been an issue with noise, and I lived on the second floor. No matter the time of day, this place always felt incredibly safe for me (as a 5'0" woman), and it was perfect for my dog and me. The dog park is HUGE, the gym is always clean, and the other amenities always worked great. Another tidbit - there is a hiking trail at the very back of the complex that's a little hidden. This leads to a beautiful walk where you can relax by a creek. Just all-around awesome! :-) I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the interior could definitely use upgrading and the carpets need to be gone, especially with the price increases. Another reason is after the 2020 chaos, the upkeep at the dumpster was lacking, and the maintenance requests felt like they were getting taken care of at a much slower rate than usual. I'm rooting for Bexley at Silverado to bounce back, though (definitely invest in a 2nd dumpster). I loved it here!”

“Definitely giving this apartment 5 stars. I am soon to be moving to these apartments coming up in March or April of 2022, hopefully working within budget wise. I narrowed down my search after looking around now for about two years. To be honest I should have made my move to this apartment last year in 2020 but my budget wasn’t right. But I am glad now I am looking ahead of time. Extremely great customer service coming from the Management team. I do have to thank Ms. Tristian for her work into helping understand the process of what they do. I have visited several apartments and was not impressed by the service but when I came to Teakwood it felt like it should. No gimmicks, straight and narrow with the information. I have visited both during the spring where it was beautiful and I have now visited in the fall/Winter. It’s well worth the price. Just for the interior it’s high standard. When I visited other places they wanted to charge $1300 to $1400 just what teakwood is offering for $1140-$1180. Worth the price! I would rather move to a place that is going to give me the service I need than stay at a place that is screwing me over. Teakwood is very peaceful and that’s during the time I visited. Only one way to find out is to live there and see. But from what I can tell it’s mostly working people and families that live there. No College students!! Thank God! I am looking forward to moving here in the Spring, hopefully my budget is up to speed and I can make my move. Here are real pictures I took from the model and also from the actual apartment. Edit: Just wanted to put in the message, I am very happy I look at this apartment and very thankful the managers and leasing Agents were able to help me with the service. Unfortunately I ended up finding another apartment that was working within my budget. But I am thankful for the service they gave me. Wishing them best of luck and thanks for the great service”
