“I lived at Amherst Bedford for 5 years. I moved out at the end of June 2022. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Amherst. All of the staff from the porter to maintenance to leasing agents are super friendly, helpful and always quick to make sure any questions or needs are met. Any maintenance request I had was fixed within a day, two if a non emergent weekend request. When I had to have 4 eye surgeries in one year Alyssa went above and beyond to help me by faxing documents my employer needed and even reading things from my phone to successfully send it. There are regular patio inspections to make sure the complex is clean and clutter free. They have also recently renovated all of the units, including keyless entry and alarm systems. The complex is extremely safe and very quiet. Amherst will always hold a special place in my heart and if I hadn’t begun a new chapter in my life I would have stayed there for many more years. If you are considering these apartments you won’t regret your decision.”
