It's not New York or West end in Mass but for Texas it was great. Not a lot of tables to dine at but again it's pizza and most people either order it for takeout or delivery. Fries seasoned perfectly. The cheese fries my husband ordered were just delicious! As well as their Dave's Sauce. The customer service was phenomenal! They personally explained the menu making selections easier, they handed us plastic ware, extra napkins and were so kind. The only problem/complaint was from my husband; he explained that his chicken was very over seasoned and he could barely taste the chicken. He was a bit disappointed but enjoyed the bite of my chicken. We plan to return and he wants to try their Mild chicken while I want to try their mac n cheese! :)”

“We came here for lunch last Saturday. It has a very comfortable vibe. The service was good and the owner was very friendly. I ordered the lamb gyro that came with a salad. I wanted more vegetables in the wrap, so I pretty much put the salad in the pita bread and it was delicious. My husband ordered the lamb plate and he liked eating Greek food that was more authentic than what he has had in the past. We ordered fries on the side that were tasty and we also got their donuts which are fried dough topped with cinnamon and honey, it was very good.”

We ordered an array of things including Hot & Sour soup, spring rolls, soft shell crab, and friends dumplings to start. The kids were anxious to try everything and everything was indeed delicious. The entrees and sushi came soon after. The sushi was excellent, Kung Pao Seafood Delight was delectable, and two of three kids finished their meals. “Chapps is a staple on this side of Arlington. I grew up coming here for dinner often. I love that they use Nolan Ryan beef, a delicious tribute to the Texas Rangers legend. The dining room is also decorated in tribute to Texas. The burgers are good, though the fries tend to be burnt. The philly cheesesteak was tasty, though a hit lacking in meat. I took a star off for service, which seems to have gone downhill over the years. The place wasn't busy when I arrived, but it still took a few minutes to be acknowledged and order at the front counter. My food took a while to come out, longer than expected for so few customers. Good restaurant, staff needs more training in customer service.”

My steak was tender and the breading crispy, hashbrowns were typical but tasty, fruit cup the same. Migas were good, but more like an omelet than some we've had. Overall, a nice family dining experience.”
