The restaurant is old but clean and is decorated with military memorabilia. I had the triple bomber it was loaded and delicious. Way more than I could eat. “Gave this place a shot & was not disappointed! I ordered a Quesadilla de Flor de Calabaza, & a taco de barbacoa de borrego. Both were delicious, & service was also good. Our only small complaint was the salsas didn't seem authentic/fresh/spicy. Aside from that, best Mexican food I've had around here.”

“I Came from lunch, it wasn't busy at all on a Friday afternoon. This place has absolutely amazing chips and salsa. carnitas plate was decent. I would have it again the meat it's a bit dry but the green salsa took care of that real quick. The rice and beans are great. The place is very clean and well kept and the serving size is generous. I'll definitely be back to try more options. Expect to pay roughly 15 dollars per plate.”

“I went after the lunch rush at 3pm. I ordered to go the pastor, carnitas, and fajitas tacos. I liked the carnitas best. The other two meat tacos were okay as meat were a bit dry. It is located in front of an auto shop so parking is not designated. They do take credit cards.”

“Came here for a birthday dinner. We must have been on the early side of their rush because we were the only people here. The food came out quickly and looked delicious. I suggest ordering extra sauce or condiments on your sandwich as the fries make it kind of dry. Also they are super filling so you can order less than typical. The small size is plenty. Their fries are incredible! The employees were polite and even checked ingredient labels on product packaging for those of us with allergies. The bathrooms are clean but maybe not the most accessible for those in need. All the ordering is done via an iPad kiosk rather than face to face.”

“I don't write a lot of reviews but felt compelled to do so about this little gem. The Tex-Mex food here is really good with large portions and very reasonable prices. My wife and I enjoyed the Chile Relleno plate and the beef Chimichanga plate with rice and beans. The Salsa here is best I have ever had. Sweet tea is really good. They were busy and a little short handed because of a big party in a separate room but our waitress was super. We are looking forward to going back and try their other dishes.”

“We haven’t done regular seating here. We live close by so we always go for the bar where it’s open seating. We’ve gotten a lot of food and drinks here. They got my order wrong twice, once at the restaurant and once for delivery but I forgive them 😆 That’s why there’s a picture of lobster with salmon because she heard me wrong. It was still good tho (lol). I love their clam chowder (it’s nothing like a New England clam chowder). We’ve gotten both of the salmons and like them both. Their salmon has been consistent. Surprisingly they cook the rice really well! I like their house salad too. My husband has gotten their most expensive steak a few times and it’s pretty good. It was better than Del Frisco’s Double Eagle 😆. The burgers have all been good too.”

“I've been to this location many a time and I usually go to get chicken mole. It's normally very good, but today it was watered down and lacked flavor because of it. The owners recently shut down El Tejano #1 and their entire staff is now working here. Attention to detail should be focused on delivering a quality product of the kitchen.
