“I have only had the (Trompo) burger so far and I was impressed by the size of it. It was massive, messy, and more than I could eat. I paid 11.50 +tax and it was worth the price. It came with as burger and crinkle fries. Nothing special about the fries. I feel there might be too many different condiments on the burger because the breading goes soggy pretty quick. The flavor of the trompo was lacking just a little but it gave the burger a different texture layer that I enjoyed. I’m definitely giving them another try, since their tacos and burritos looked amazing”

“Wow been looking for a teriyaki bowl place locally for a while now ! Glad I found this place ! Such a great tasting bowl ! I got a beef and a chicken bowl 🍚 and some mad sauce ! “I was in town for work and wanted pizza and a salad. Behold, Barro’s!!! I was greeted as soon as I walked in and I glossed over the menu. The employee who’s been working for the company for over 20 years recommended their version of a supreme pizza and in a personal pan size. It was more than enough food for me. I added a glass of wine which they also have. The pizza was phenomenal and paired perfectly with my salad! Food so nice, I ate there twice! It’s packed on the weekends but great for everyday! I will definitely be back!”

“If you’re considering just go lol this will be your new go to Mexican restaurant. I got Ernesto’s Platter (to try a little bit of a lot) and the chimichanga. Wow- I was so impressed, I didn’t really expect it to be as amazing as it was. The salsa was the only thing I didn’t like as much it was very roasted and the red salsa if I remember correctly was pretty watery and too tomato tasting, the chips were good. The nachos had beans , cheese and beaf of some sort and are to die for. The quesadillas and the flautas were yummy even though they are basic they were still flavorful. The stuffed jalapeños had a fried breading with chicken and cheese which was unique and yummy. The chimichanga cheese sauce was yummy (didn’t taste artificial) and had flavor. The avocado didn’t taste weird or artificial or flavorless. Online the platter says it doesn’t come with sour cream but I wish it did (would of been a nice dip for the flautas and quesadilla. It’s now a new favorite restaurant in rotation.”

“What a gem! The food and service were awesome, simply put. They were not busy, but to be fair, we went in at 4:30. As we were finishing, others came in an to-go orders started. I encourage you all to support these small local businesses, especially restaurants, because it’s a brutal business. Anyway, I decided to get a whole tilapia (fried) as I haven’t had that in years and it was so delicious I could eat it every day. My wife had the steak tacos. I asked her how she would rate them, and she said “11”. I told her that ratings only go to 5, then she replied, “Then put in a 6.” I felt the same. The only recommendation I can give is to study the menu ahead of time because it is quite extensive. They will give you a paper menu when you leave and you will also be able to shop a small assortment of El Salvadoran groceries if you like. You won’t know what to get in a short period of time, but I’m convinced that whatever you get will be awesome!”
