“This is by far the best McDonald's we've been to and we have been to a lot. The young people who work here are so polite and kind. They have never gotten our order wrong and the food is always hot. Even my kids say they love this one. Thank you guys, y'all are the best!”

“Good spot for food, but portions are a little inconsistent. For brunch/ lunch some things are a little light like the chicken and waffles, mushroom avocado toast and calamari app. It was all good, just don't expect a big portion. However, the side of fries was huge, they were good for sharing, and great fries. Also they're great as a pet friendly patio.”

“Really was a surprise, and I hope this place does well. The servers were nice and the food was amazing. We tried 3 different things, just to get a variety to test out, and all 3 items came out perfectly. The flavor and aroma was top notch and we ended up getting a second order of the ravioli to go, since they were so good. This place is definitely worth checking out and we look forward to trying more things from the menu the next time we are in town.”

“I’m happy to be one of the first reviews on Google for this food truck. They were outside my apartment the other day and strictly out of convenience I decided to try it out. I had no idea they’d whip me up the best fried fish po boy I’ve ever had in my life. Sounds crazy but it’s true! And I’ve had many!! The lady at the food truck was excited to see me walk up and was very sweet. I had a name tag on and she greeted me by name.. I’m in the customer service industry and it’s those little things I appreciate. Not to mention the insanely good sandwich!! Thank y’all so much”

“During a visit to Ennis to look at a car, my family and I were in search of a local dining experience. After receiving unanimous recommendations for the Ruston Cattle Company from the dealership staff, we decided to give it a try. Despite living in the heart of DFW and Ennis being quite a distance away, almost what we'd consider countryside, our journey was well rewarded. Upon entering the restaurant, we were immediately struck by the authentic Texas atmosphere that resonated throughout the place. Live music set the tone for a delightful evening but still maintained a volume that allowed for easy conversation. Although Ruston Cattle Company is primarily known as a steakhouse, I opted for the red snapper, a choice that I was thoroughly pleased with. The dish, accompanied by cream Swiss sauce and mushrooms, was cooked to perfection and the flavors melded together in a wonderful way. The service throughout the evening was top-notch, attentive without being intrusive, and only added to the enjoyment of our meal. The staff's passion for providing a great dining experience was evident in every interaction. For anyone seeking an authentic Texas experience with excellent food, wonderful ambiance, and friendly service, Ruston Cattle Company in Ennis, TX is a must-visit. Even if it means driving a bit outside of DFW, I assure you, it's a journey well worth making. Highly recommended!”

“Recently visited Eddie’s Taco House at 402 W Cevallos. Wife had the huevos rancheros early bird special w/ pork chop. I had the chilaqules plate w/ pork chop early bird special. Both plates were served hot and came out in no time. The pork chops were thin but well cooked. The beans were refried. Both plates were delicious. The tortillas were fresh, puffy and homemade. Great food and great early bird specials.”

“Good morning, everybody... So I had decided to want a more intimate breakfast meal and not something as big as ihop. This is a cute little cafe that I found online with some good reviews. I had Ms. Jackie, as my server she was an overbearing, yet she still was atentative. I happily say that I enjoyed my little bearings of what I actually came to accomplish. The parking is in the back to the side and in the front of the cafe. It is quite small, so just you know, bear in mind it's not going to be wide open space. The veggie omelet was perfect, and so were the pancakes. I have to say their banana pudding was a little different. It is homemade banana pudding.🍌 I kind of like my wafers cookies 🍘mushy.😋 Miss Jackie had also made a suggestion about some type of waffles which is not my favorite thing to eat for breakfast. And I believe something else was homemade too but I can't remember. But everyone should go and try it out! This has been open since I believe 1975, but unfortunately, Mr Pete is no longer around. But maybe the family steals owns it, not sure. But I'm so excited to see what Texas has with more cafes like this. These are my favorite things. The bigger ones are all right, but I like more intimate spaces.”

“Greeted by a friendly face upon entering. Seated immediately. I asked the kind waitress for recommendations & she was very helpful with that. Food came out in a timely manner, was fresh & flavorful. I was pleased to know that they had horchata on the menu. It was very refreshing. They also serve fresh chips and salsa. Everything was good.”

“They came highly recommended and did not disappoint in any way. BEST TAMALES IN TX!! Customer service is above and beyond what anyone would expect. Not only do they have excellent prices but allowed us to taste test. Very personal and lovely person you would ever want to meet. Talked to her and her wonderful daughter for ten minutes and felt like I have known them for ten years. Highly recommended!!!!!”

“Such a beautiful ambiance! The decor is classy and I’m in love with the jazz theme. I’d love to come at night because it is a sexy, classy spot and I’m sure it transforms beautifully. The staff was kind, courteous and professional. The restaurant was clean and the coffee honey is GOOD! I like coffee but I don’t always drink a full cup. I wished I had more! Go and see for yourself.”

“I've been there a few times and I've always enjoyed it. The menu has a great selection of classic Mexican dishes and some unique items as well. The tacos are definitely a standout - they're always fresh and flavorful. I also really enjoy the fajitas, which come sizzling hot and packed with flavor. The portions are generous, so you definitely get your money's worth. The prices are reasonable, too - you won't break the bank by eating here. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, which makes for a pleasant dining experience. The restaurant itself is clean and comfortable, with plenty of seating available. The only downside I can think of is that it can get pretty busy during peak hours. I've never had to wait too long, but I can see how it might be a bit of a wait during the lunch or dinner rush. That being said, I think the food is worth the wait! Overall, I highly recommend Taco Time Mexican Grill if you're in the mood for some authentic Mexican cuisine. The food is delicious, the portions are generous, and the staff is friendly. Give it a try!”

“Recently bought a home up the street and was looking for a good hangout spot. Well, I found it. Heather and Amanda on the bar is incredible. Fast and friendly service. Drinks are ALWAYS on point. They are always cheerful and greet you with a smile. Never have to wait for a refill. They're always watching to make sure your cup is full and you are happy. The food is not your usual bar food. It's delicious. I recommend the tenders with the boom boom sauce. Yum! They have live music events which is even better! Tons of pool tables. Great atmosphere. The owner is professional but acts just like a normal friend. Love this place!”

“The quantity of the food is poor.... I'm from corpus and the restaurants quantity of food isn't like that. So it was a shock to "me" when I got my Enchilada plate.... My family lives in Alice so they are used to it...I'm not.. But that's just me Expressing my thoughts....”

“I love this place! It’s my new favorite Chinese food restaurant. I love supporting local businesses and less franchise/chains. The food here is great. The wait staff is friendly and the prices are very reasonable. Their location is a little bit hidden in the strip center but easy to find if you’re looking for it. I’ve eaten here twice now and both times were equally excellent. I look forward to eating here again very soon! I ordered the sesame beef and it tasted great! I look forward to trying more of their dishes. They have lots of menu choices.”

“Fresh Thai food near the UTD campus. It’s in a strip mall, so there’s not a lot of room for atmosphere, but they have cute decorations with the umbrellas. The food can be customized to your spice level. Everything we’ve tried tastes great. We’ve had the chicken and fried rice, the pad Thai, the fried tofu appetizers (it had French fries, which seemed odd but worked), spring rolls with chicken and with fried tofu. Their fried tofu is delicious.”

“Good experience overall. Diner feel. The service was spectacular- we were asked if we needed coffee/water refills several times throughout the meal, orders came out as expected, and everyone was very friendly. The portions were huge! Chicken fried chicken lunch came with two sides and a biscuit- we chose the salad and mashed potatoes. The only downside to that order was that the salad was very wet, as if the lettuce hadn’t been dried after rinsing, and they ran out of cucumbers. The garden omelette was delicious and veggie-packed, and I chose hash browns and Oreo pancakes as my included sides (small upcharge for the specialty pancake). We had plenty of leftovers to take home. The main reason I chose to give four stars instead of five was because of how dirty the floor was under and around our table…large food scraps, napkin paper, etc. along with wet menus that made it feel dirty. I noticed there was a now hiring sign outside and everyone appeared to be hustling and working hard, so I think it was more due to understaffing than work ethic. We hope they get the help they need and will plan to return to try more of the menu!”

“Stopped by to get gasoline. Went inside for a snack. I bought 2 Dr Peppers. They have a variety of food. In the back they have hot cooked food. They have healthy snacks also. The casher seemed new. She was very friendly. When I am in the area I will stop by.”
