“I had a double jalapeño burger with pepper jack cheese. It was tasty in my opinion. Even though the patties are super thin they were still juicy. The french fries were warm and crispy also very thin. They weren't over salted like you'd get from mcdonald's. The vanilla custard with chunks of oeros add finished out the meal and was smooth and creamy not to sweet. On the negative side of things. The small burger, thin fries and small cup of custard are all over priced. $17 for one meal, so got to knock a star off for that. I forgot to say their sweet tea is good 👍🏼”

“I am so glad that I listened to my uncle when he recommended me eat here. I went on a Saturday around noon. The wait was less than five minutes. We ordered and then sat down at our table. They had fresh orange juice so we tried one. It was pretty good. I ordered a small menudo and Juevos rancheros. Oh man I am so glad that my mouth tasted all these wonderful flavors. My fiancé is from Houston and they eat their menudo with cilantro and tortillas lol so I made him try it with oregano and bread. He actually loved it. He also got barbacoa tacos and he was impressed. Asked why the frozen jack n coke was $13 and I was told "we make it in bulk and use 2 whole bottles of Jack" it was a strong drink, but only about 12oz. It was good, but not $13 good. They also have "brisket burnt ends" nothing "burnt" about them. Just some large hunks of rather fatty brisket with a green jelly. Not the greatest. Had some flavor, but not $15 worth. Also had the Chicken fried steak and taters which was really good and seasoned well. Kids burger was good with the bacon Mac and cheese. A fried spicy chicken sandwich was also very tangy but good on some brioche! May try this place again, but with so many options this may not be too high on the list....”
