He arrived when he said he would, inspected my roof, and gave me a very reasonable quote to do the repair. He was even able to do the repair right then! I was pleasantly surprised. He did a great job on the repair and just in time before the rain. He even gave me an honest evaluation of my roof and said everything else was just fine. There are some contractors out there who will not be honest, to make a buck, but Tony's honesty was very much appreciated and because of that, I will call on his company for all my roofing needs from here on. Great work, an old house but worked through the issues that came up and now I have a great looking metal roof. I have an older home with roof lines not so straight so some oil canning but my roof is not new, not perfectly level, settled in some areas after 70 years, I was expecting it (oil canning). “Universal Contracting did an amazing job with my home! I own a solar Installation company called Simplified Solar that services Central Texas. That being said I know my way around a roof and was I extremely concerned with who replaced my tiles. Seth one of their very knowledgable team members came to my home and reviewed my insurance paper work and inspected my roof. Maybe it was because he knew I was in a similar industry, but his presentation was very low pressure and offered me a fair bid which I obviously took. The installation actually happened faster than I expected! I read nightmare stories of signing paperwork and then waiting months before anyone actually gets on the roof. In the end the roof looks great! I am really happy with Seth's personal suggestion to change my tile color from the original.
