He sent a team out the day following my initial call to perform the inspection and they were able to complete the repairs same day. We ordered the windows in the beginning of the COVID-related supply chain issues. They let us know it would be many months before they windows would be in. It ended up being even longer than that, but the owner, Mike, kept in regular contact with us to keep us apprised of the status. When it came time for installation, the crew was very friendly and polite and they did a great job of installing the windows. Overall, we are very happy with our decision to use Titan for this work.
