“From the first moment, my wife and I knew we made the right choice when we called Ramsey Roofing. We called Ramsey as our second opinion. Not only was he more professional, but he was able to provide a quote that was less than half of the other company, while still using high-quality material and skilled labor. After a couple meetings, and without any pressure, Curtis and his crew ended up replacing the entire fascia around the house. He made sure that's what we wanted to do and did not try to talk us into any more than we wanted or needed. After that, they replaced old, rotted decking, added a layer to make sure our roof was up to code, then completed the roof - it looks fantastic! Not to mention our new, two-tone seamless gutters! Lastly, Curtis and his crew replaced wood paneling on the side of my house with brick, cleaned our brick, and applied the German smear technique to the entire exterior. Most importantly, Curtis is present and openly communicates with you and his crew so that you know there is no chance of any misunderstanding. “We recently had WM Contracting perform some repairs on our home. New roof (probably the best shingles on the market with a warranty), fixed a leaky front bay window (it had been a problem for years and several folks could never fix it), stained the wood fence, replaced all gutters and repaired all windows. They did a fantastic job. They had great, friendly people out to do all the work. They were here when they said they would be here. And all this work only took a little over a week. I cannot endorse WM Contracting and the owner Chuck Downey enough. They gained my trust very quickly and I will contact them again for some home improvements that we have planned. I have referred them to my best friends and neighbors and I will not do that unless I completely trust someone. If you need some work done on your home, you cannot go wrong with WM Contracting. They are the best in my opinion!”

“It all started about two years before they replaced our storm-damaged roof. Then, we required some minor fixes to the roof. Brad came over and fixed it for free! Who does that? Later on, when we needed our roof replaced due to storm damage, we knew who to go with and they did not disappoint. Chris came over and coordinated with the adjuster. He made sure everything that needed to be covered was covered. They took care of all the communication with the insurance company even though this required patience due to the slow response from the company. They are very honest, thorough, and fair people.
