“** 2021 and it was time for the master bathroom to get a makeover. Called Jose up and he came out to give up an estimate. Jose gave us some great design ideas that we didn’t think of. The 123 crew got started on the demo as things moved forward. There were a few delays (Not the fault of 123) due to shipping delays and on shipments that arrived damaged. We communicated with Jose and he was patient and understanding. When we finally received the item from our vendor. The 123 crew was back at the job and completed everything fast and with great detail. We have recommended 123 Remolding & Roofing to several people and will use them again for future projects. ** 2018 Complete makeover. Jose and his crew did an excellent job on our house. They completely removed the old siding, eave, and replaced it with James Hardie planked siding and painted the entire exterior of the house. Replaced 17 windows, installed three new doors, ran electrical wire for front side lighting, painted several areas on the interior of the house. The crew was always professional, and Jose went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with the job that was being done.”

Great quality work and worked with my insurance company by going the extra mile. So, this most recent time there was another hailstorm and I obviously used Toucan again, once again he exceeded my expectations. Derek Sewell was the Project Manager that took on our roof. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, a great person to work with. The installation was done quickly and efficiently; my favorite part was seeing the big hole in the roof decking, which more than explained the leak, and seeing the new decking being installed. “Extremely pleased with the conscientiousness, detail, ethics, and kindness of Lane Metz and Roofing Service Co. He inspected our roof, provided pictures, and recommendations. Lane was on the job with his staff every day it took to repair and replace the flat area of the roof. His team cleaned the area upon completion and Lane provided pictures of the completed work. Lane even called after first hard rain in June to check on the ceiling. Even though two minor leaks were found during the record breaking rain of Aug 21-22, Lane came immediately to inspect and repair. Highly recommend.”

“We requested bids for remodel project in our home and met several contractors. we chose Lan Bar because they were extremely responsive and had a solution for all our design specifics on the remodel. They did not mind that we asked to repurpose some original cabinetry, and that we requested that we would would paint the remodeled bathroom ourselves to keep the cost lower. The project was delivered in a timely manner. Sub contractors showed up as scheduled and performed solid work. The Lan Bar team was extremely flexible, accommodating our schedules working around any constraints we had and were very thoughtful avoiding excessive noise. The various crews cleaned up before completing each task keeping the work area reasonably clean. Robert was our project manager. He stayed on top of the project at all times and made sure the sub contractors completed all their tasks in a timely manner and delivered a high quality product. Robert also provided many useful suggestions on the remodel specifics and had solutions for any challenges that were encountered as our project ongoing. Colleen was in charge of ordering our bathroom amenities and made sure every item was ordered and delivered to the job as needed. When I made error on the toilet I wanted, Colleen reassured me, it was no problem and exchanged it for the correct model. Overall we are very pleased with our bathroom remodel project and recommend Lab-Bar without hesitation.”

“I contacted AAA Seamless Gutters of Haltom City to install gutters across the front of my house. They came out took measurements and gave me an estimate, which was a good price. I was informed that there was a 3 week backlog, which was ok with me. They called me at the end of about 3 weeks and scheduled an installation. They arrived on time and finished the work in a short period of time. After they left, I decided I didn't quiet care for the way one of the drains was facing. I called them back, they came right out and redid the drain...at no charge I might add. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for seamless gutters.”
