Our call was returned right away, and JGA even had someone out there measuring our roof the following morning! The owner, Jose, personally gave us a call once he heard our situation due to a pending sale. He not only expedited our estimate but then rearranged his ongoing work to squeeze us into one of his crew's schedules. And what a crew! They arrived as promised, promptly first thing in the morning. They took extra care moving what was possible and draping all remaining items to avoid damaging. When the roofing supplier dropped the ball by arriving hours later than promised and without a mechanical unloader, completing the job that same day seemed impossible. The crew unfazed, created a human assembly line and by hand and up a ladder moved all material from the ground to the roof! Job completed just before sunset, and amazing job with cleanup. Top quality crew work, top quality service. Can't recommend JGA Roofing enough.”

First off, I didn’t even know I had some roof damage until they came and inspected it for FREE and to my surprise, there were some openings and cracks on the roof. Some minor ones and there was one major. After discussing it with me, they came back about a couple days later, worked on it, and finished it off in a timely manner. “After we had significant hail damage (baseball size from the tornado) we called Max and had him come by and do a roof inspection. He responded the next day and confirmed the damage. We notified the insurance company. Max (plus 1 other) were here when the adjuster showed up and they went over the damage together. When the adjuster decided that only part of the roof was damaged, Max was a great help when we appealed the decision. He came out and took more pictures as evidence of the additional damage. We finally got a second adjuster and Max came back out and went over the damage with him. This time we got the whole roof approved. When we finally got the check, Premier promptly sent out Marty to explain the whole process and answer all our questions. Another great individual. The roofers showed up a week later and they did an awesome job. Great bunch of guys to work with. We are extremely happy with the job . Would definitely hire them again. Before: grey roof, After: tan roof. Huge difference.”
