The Project Manager asked the crews to stop working because he assumed it was our daughter's bedtime. My biggest kudos was the final inspection. The owner came out and inspected the crews work, picked up any items that were out of place. He cleaned out our daughter's pool and was picking up nails by hand. Their quality of work, professionalism, and caring nature proved positive to what we expected. 3:16 had to replace my parent's roof. Shawn was our representative, and always had our family's best interest in mind. My father suffers from advancing Alzheimer's and to have a construction crew at his home for a day was going to be a major issue to manage. Shawn completely understood the situation and managed it with an amazing caring approach. As the date approached to complete the job Shawn reached out and discussed in detail how we could best manage my father's anxiety and safety. Shawn met the crew and made sure the foreman was fully aware of potential challenges and personally dropped by or called throughout the day to make sure all was going well. The quality of work was excellent. The job was completed on time, the crew took care making sure their work-site was kept clean, and exhibited professionalism. Well deserved 5-stars.”

“Recently had them reroof my home. A.T. stopped by my house, noticing the tarp I had put up to prevent a couple minor leaks on my roof that was in need of reshingling. They offered a quote that was fair and promptly did the work. There was one little snag where a small repair to my decking that I was told would be done was not done. However, I was contacted by A.T. the superintendent that day. I didn't even have to inform him the repair wasn't done, as he had already been by and noticed. He assured me that he would have them come out and fix it asap, and they did a couple days later. I appreciated him wanting to make sure I was satisfied and other than that issue the work was performed quickly and well.”
