“This little gem is perfect. Friendly management that has been here for over a decade. They treat their tenants like old friends returning home after a long trip. There is a wide range of trees, oak, cedar, pine, and birch. The smallest trees I have seen are six inches in diameter. My spot has an oak tree that is about five feet in diameter. When I wake up in the morning, I can hear birds and smell the lake. I have seen two baby deer walk down the drive foraging. They were a little started when a neighbor came out to walk a dog, but didn't bolt. If your looking for a return to nature to recharge your energies, I would highly recommend staying here for an extended stay. I have stayed in six different RV Parks in greater Austin, and have been to dozens. I have never seen an RV park with more Grass than asphalt and curb, or with trees older than fifty years.”

“Took the whole family, everyone was so kind. We had spot 3 with a deck overlooking the river. There were improvements happening all around. The clubhouse had obviously just been redone and there were snacks, games and a coffee bar. There were three brand new decks and a huge new hot tub that we all enjoyed. Maybe 5 was a little generous for today, but you can see where it’s going. Everywhere you look there was fresh paint and people cleaning up and the hookups were brand new. The two public bathrooms had just been redone. There was the large meadow and the river, golf carts, a park next door and everyone was so friendly. We look forward to going back soon.”

“Amazing place to spend the weekend. It’s a fairly new location. Its nice and their staff are very friendly. Love that it everyone has their own personal water front location to enjoy fishing or just the water/waves. I also had a personal issue while on site and the staff was so nice, supportive and attentive. They really went out of their way to make our stay the best as possible. Didn’t had a chance to tell them but thank you for your all your help. Would definitely recommend. I’ll be coming back again to this beautiful location.”

“Skyline RV Park is awesome. Each lot has a privacy fence around a beautiful grass yard with plenty of shade trees on the property. Each lot has a storage shed with washer and dryer hook ups which was a great touch. The iron gate across the front locks to secure all belongings and the walk through gate is so convenient. Equipped with a door bell for visitors to let you know they are out at the gate. Each lot has its own street address so you have your own private mail box. The view out to the lake is such a peaceful touch. We enjoy watching the birds and squirrels in the trees. This place make is just like home. Mark and Rosemary have done a great job and are excellent landlords.”

“Decent park, great views, fair prices, almost NO amenities... Pros: This park has a decent layout, with spacious, flat, monthly spots. The park is clean, the pet area kept tidy, and the staff seem very nice and helpful. All in all, a pretty nice park for the area, or as nice as can be in a desert. Cons: Very dusty, limited to no amenities, no shade, and nothing really for the kids to do, and almost NO ONE obeys the 7mph speed limit. All in all, this is a decent park. We've been all over the country, and to find an RV park this set up and well run, is a really rare to say the least. The only thing I think this park needs is more family-based amenities. If it had a park or 2, with some swings, and maybe some activities, it would be perfect! But I get it, not all parks can be family parks...”

Fair and honest. The newest owner ,Steve Burleson ,is all about his trailer park not being your typical trailer park. He spends the money to fix, repair, and make things nicer. And Joe with his wife Terry do all the fixings as a team. Great place....”

“Real nice and quiet stay just outside all the hubbub of downtown Austin Texas.... Stayed for 3 weeks and even though I didn't talk to the permanent residents much, I could tell everyone looked out for each other and made sure the park stayed clean and safe. Fresh water hookup and electrical power hookup as well. Lots of places to eat close by and an H.E.B. Grocery Store within walking distance.”
