“This mobile home community has been in new ownership since 2018 and new management since 2020; and since then we have removed all the riff-raff from the community, we have consistently cleaned up the exterior of the community, we have trained all the tenants to cut their grass regularly and keep their yards/porches clean, we have consistenly disciplined violators, and we do background checks on all applicants who want to move in. Comparing how this mobile home community was in 2018 to how this place looks and is operating now is a night and day difference in the right direction. We aren't perfect but we have greatly improved and are continuing to improve. We will continue to strive to make/keep this place a safe, peaceful, and clean place for our residents.”

“If you are ever in the Farmersville Texas area and get a chance to stay at Lakeland RV Ranch, don't pass it up. It is a beautiful place with horses, goats, chickens, ducks, a stocked pond and laundromat. It is set up like a little old-fashioned Ranch and I used to feel like I lived in Disney World. Michelle, Alan and John are exceptional. They are easy to rent from and they are always working around the ranch to improve it. We found the people staying there to be extremely nice but they did not bother you. And then the best part of all is in October when they have their music festival. It really brings the town together. This really is a unique place and the prices are good. We lived here for 9 months and would have stayed except we got an opportunity to return to our home state and be around family.”

“First time to the F1 race and parked here. Great location and very friendly family. Prepaid $60 for a 3-day pass. Everything was perfect and it was a 10-15 minute walk through a back gate to the turn 1 entrance. Also can catch the tram/shuttle from turn 1 to take you to the concerts at night.”

“Close to most of the "Long Beach To Do" list. The Aquarium of the Pacific, The Pike, Pierpoint Marina, and tons of shopping and restaurants like and Yard House are within walking distance. So location is pretty good for an RV park. On the other hand the placement of this RV park is not the greatest. It's adjacent to the last exit on the 710 Freeway; bordered on the north by several 12-story office buildings; and bordered on the south by a mosquito estuary (j/k). Price is fair for what you get. Clean (mostly level) sites, pool, spa, bathrooms, showers, laundry, full hookups including cable, a little general store. Several maintenance & security on the grounds throughout the day and night. The place is entirely chain link fenced in plus barbed wire so we felt pretty safe! ? We only stayed one night but we'd come back again for a couple of days.”

It's better than paying a 1000 a month on a house that you can't stand your neighbors so bad that when you see them outside you wait for them to leave. She's obviously doing her job if the trailer park is clean n Everyone's trailer looks very nice, that's why I paid alot to get my home transported here. I feel confident that my property will not be tampered with, living here. This place feels safe for my family. Stephanie was very helpful guiding us as we purchased our new home. She went out of her way regardless if we rented from them or not. All negative comments are people who obviously had to be told to keep ur area clean. It's part of the CONTRACT that u signed. This is not a trailer trash park. Or else I wouldn't of moved here. Also the school bus literally picks up the kids in the area which is awesome!!! Best choice ive ever made. Thank You Stephanie for helping us every step of the way to getting here.”

“Fantastic RV park! So thrilled that they had an opening this time of year. It is clean, every part of the grounds. Very quiet and well maintained. Near a convenience store which was perfect for some quick essentials. Laundry room is clean and spacious with working machines. Excellent, friendly staff. Cant say enough good things--only downfall for me is that this cute park need more larger trees....but hey it is a newer park, we're in a great location and only 10 minutes to Downtown.”
