“A good KOA! Some shade, nice staff,, picnic tables, an indoor pool, a hot tub, and a nice little walk around the park all make this place a good stay. Not too crowded and not overpriced. “Howdy ya'll. I'm a newbie in the RV Universe but I do know a nice place when I see/experience one. I bought a new bumper pull in May 2021. So including the RV park where I purchased my rig just outside of Austin, this is my second RV Park experience and first review/post regarding such. I have to say that the bar has been set very high. From the staff to the overall cleanliness and praise...you know who...lots of shade trees, to the scope of amenities...this place was a great stay. It is nestled in a very nice area of Arlington with everything and all the stores that we've become accustomed to within a few short miles. The prices were on the higher end but that was made much more palatable by a generous discount for us disabled vets. Thank you for that. All in all it was a short and sweet 5 day stay that left a smile on my face. I would definitely stay there again. MTL”

“I have been living here for the past six years without any real issues. The management and staff have responded to the things that I need in a timely fashion. The park itself is relatively quiet with only the occasional person who causes an incident. There are officers that patrol around on occasion but, I don’t think they are part of the community. It’s good to see them in the area though. I can recommend staying here for sure. The trailers are good and the rents reasonable.”

“My family and I have lived here for 3 years, and find the park to be very pleasant and quiet, which I must say surprised me considering how close we are to the city. The maintenance staff are very attentive, and the residents maintain their property well. The management team/office staff are top notch, and aware of issues in the community ( my husband had a health scare and one of the office staff was very kind, going out of her way to make sure I was coping well. ). We moved from a very small town in East Texas, and am very happy with small town "atmosphere" in a larger city environment. I look forward to many more years here.”
