“Me and my family lived here about 3 years ago, we stayed for about a year. We had a vary good stay with them, always had good interactions with the staff, and never any problems, had a few issues with the home we stayed in, but the maintenance men help us work thru them in a timely manner. Just the past week I ordered something online and I did not update my address on this web site, so it sent it to the home I lived in at South fork, thinking I would not ever see my package, I was just going to reorder the package with our updated address, but the new tenant in our old home gave it to the South fork staff and then the staff emailed me letting me know they had the package and to come by to pick it up. Vary thankful for the help from the tenant and staff at South fork. Thanks!”

“This place does a good job. The front desk is really nice. I've been here for about 5 months and have no complaints. It's generally quiet. In 5 months, I've heard one person getting rowdy one time. I think that was around a holiday and the person shouted "show me the money" a couple times..no big deal. It woke me up, but I laughed and went back to sleep. I don't have any pets, but they allow dogs. I don't see any shady people walking around. The front desk is always polite when I need anything. Maintenance does a good job. Rooms a smaller, but nicer than most. I don't know her name, but I needed and ambulance one night and the lady stayed calm and called one, told me to stay put and handled the situation professionally. Turned out to be gall stones. I'd recommend this place if you need a quiet place for an extended stay.”
