“I use to live here 2014 when I was flipping RV's. (I now visit friend who lives here). It is very reasonably priced if you want to live in yours/or their Trailers. You pay your own elect. (I opted for a "pay as you go" elec. Co.) Not sure if same Mgr. Is there but she did a great job of cleaning the whole park up of "problem tenants" at the time I was there. It's off the highway and close to all kinds of shopping (within 1-3 exits) Convenience store/gas station within walking distance.”

The lady working the night of Jan 2 (MICK) was AMAZING.She was very attentive towards me n was very knowledgeable with the products. Also helpful in my decision making process. “I called the main 1-800 number for Directv and after being on hold for over 30 minutes and transferred 4 different times they finally scheduled an appt for a technician to come out and see me with a 4 hour window.... then the technician showed up 20 minutes after the scheduled window time. I couldn't stay any longer and was very frustrated. I looked online and found AAA1 Satellite Guy, thankfully a local phone number, and he answered right away. Rick was able to come to my home the same evening and get me installed. He was very professional and experienced, you could tell he has been doing this for a long time. Not only was he able to connect my home but he also was able to connect my RV also. Rick used the existing wires I had in my Home and RV so he helped me save me time and money. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking Directv with out all the wait time and high cost.”

Shade trees picnic table and a pad for parking with spacious lawn make this place a super find. It is located in the residential part of town surrounded by a clean neighborhood.
