“Super nice people and beautiful place! Ducks and turtles swimming in their ponds, shade in most spots, adequate room in each space, and Mary and Sarah make the whole process easy. They have 2 laundromats, a clubhouse, propane delivery, an actual office with modern technology for payment, and friendly service. Also, it's not a bad price. Especially for the area.”

“This is a quaint homie laid back park. The manager Larry is Awsome! He is the most helpful and diligent Manager I've ever dealt with. The park is quiet and always being maintained. I was told there putting in free wifi, a laundry mat and guest house showers. Its a up and comming work in progress. The prices are great and they have a lease to purchase option so your actually buying the trailer instead of throwing money away. I think its great. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cheap and nice place to call home!”
