“The office staff are wonderful and the gentleman who takes care of the pool and laundry room/bathrooms is awesome and kind! The fishing pier is quite long! They even have a gazebo looking out on the ocean for residents to enjoy! Out of the city so you don’t have all of the noise and traffic, it’s very quiet here BUT it is very close to all the shopping in Baytown and very close to Kehma with wonderful restaurants and the Boardwalk!”

“I loved staying here! It was always quiet and peaceful. Although there's plenty of mosquitoes, roaches, squirrels and rodents. The roads has a bunch of pot holes. I really loved how a manager resides there and is always around when you need assistance. He is super kind and very helpful. I never had any problems with management or neighbors. Monthly rent is low priced. I highly recommend you stay here”

“We currently live here, since our move from San Antonio, Texas the staff here has made it a smooth transition. From the beginning they have been helpful, considerate and very approachable on any concerns or questions we have. The laundry room is nice and cool, very clean as are the showers and rest rooms. It's quiet when it needs to be and people are polite, keep to themselves. The park itself is well maintained and rules are enforced without any incidents. I definitely recommend this RV Park to any potential residents looking for a place to home, whether it's temporary or permanent.”

“My mother in law just moved to Pinedale Mobile Home Park. I can see why they have a long waiting list! The entire Community is peaceful and clean. At first i was a little taken back by all of their rules but I suppose it's necessary to keep the community the way that it is. I also met the community manager Gwen, she is such a nice genuine person. The only thing that I wish was they had more parking. Each lot can accommodate approximately 2 vehicles. Other than that you have to park up front by the management office which itself has limited parking. But it is what it is. To be honest we are actually considering running a lot from them also because it's very nice quiet and very well kept.”

“Jason, the new management is really cleaning up the place!! We stayed here 2 weeks and saw a change just in that short time. The community feeling here is nice, the full timers were nice and visited with us and made us feel comfortable there! Everyone keeps a watch out for each other here. The laundry room is nice with several new washers and dryers. A free ice machine was a nice amenity! The restrooms were being cleaned and redone as we left. Nice to see someone come in and care and make the place nice! The pool looked nice and clean although we did not use it, out of season. A basketball goal and play area for the kids to gather was also a nice plus. We will definitely come back when working in the area! The cost was also exceptional!! Very inexpensive!! Thank you Jason for a nice stay!”

“This place is peaceful and serene. It is small but enjoyable since there's a ranch behind with horses and chickens. This reminds me of my sister's ranch. The manager, Steve, is very attentive and helpful. There are many rules here, but, mainly to protect its occupants. I recommend this place to retirees, if we ever have a spot.”
