Thank you for all the information. The road in, yes it's a little rough but it's a campgrounds. It's first come fist choice. Spot 220 is great, we did not need Sewer for the one night. Adjacent to the office, there is a laundry facility and a gym area for our convenience. A stunning pond with a lovely fountain and stocked fish is a bonus. For our furry friends, there is a dog park area near the entrance. The park is immaculately maintained and always tidy They offer really good wifi service as well. Paula, the owner, is a consummate professional who warmly welcomed our family. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment. When you're in the Royse City area, come and see for yourself. “We used the Rec hall for a family reunion. It’s a really nice facility. We used it several years ago, and now it’s been remodeled. They did an awesome job on it. First class kitchen, ice machine, nice, clean restrooms. It’s within a real nice RV Park as well. Good fishing near by, as well as a couple of 1st class seafood restaurants.”

“Great open spot about 20 minutes to Lubbock. Full hook ups - everything worked as it should and management was extremely easy to work with. We stayed an extra night to visit with family in town because of convenience. Appears to have several residents that work locally but all were friendly. They charge extra to use a CC, cash is cheaper (just FYI).”

“Just like everyone else has stated, this park is beyond amazing when it comes to the staff and what's offered. Ms. Kelly, the property manager, is always so friendly and happy to help with any questions and concerns. She genuinely is a good person and I just love her and how welcoming she is at all times. She has helped my fiance and I even with things that don't pertain to the park. We are new to Texas, and it is very refreshing to have someone like her around! The club house and amenities they offer are top notch. Jumbo sized bathrooms with showers are a very nice commodity, but my favorite thing is the laundry facility they offer. It is able to help the residents not have to go to a coin op laundromat and it has tables for if you want to fold your laundry before going back to your site. They keep it very nice here. Never any trash around or issues with any neighbors. We have a really great community here and I'll be sad to leave when we eventually do. All in all, if I could rate higher than five stars, I would! Thank you for all you guys do 💚”

“Very quiet little rv park. Would recommend coming in the cooler months if you don't have means to keep the rv cool during 100+ degree days as there are no shade trees on the lots. Very friendly staff and neighbors, all are retired or families that I have seen. Would recommend paying cash so you don't have to pay the extra CC fee. Very reasonable prices for a week to week. Not sure what the prices are for any longer than that. Would be 5 stars if they had awnings for shade or something to help combat the heat.”
