“We literally followed Ann Michelle from when she was located in north Dallas, to Uptown, and now to this McKinney location. My fiance and I have been taking lessons with her almost on a weekly basis for the last 3 years. She is the sweetest person and our dance lessons are always so much fun. We focus on the styles that I like (sorry but not sorry to my fiancé) which includes rumba, waltz, salsa, and bolero. We've had opportunities to train with the other teachers, Jackie and Bree, when Ann Michelle was out and they're both really great as well. Now that we're about to get married, I can't wait to have Ann Michelle choreograph our wedding dance! Right now, masks are required during lessons and they square off the studio to allow social distancing between different partners going through lessons. They don't pack the studio so we feel safe continuing with our lessons during this time.”

“We held a tennis tournament there yesterday. The clubhouse is roomy and very clean. There are courts that are perfect for teaching young people to play. Also some very nice courts for competition. It is a beautiful location. Though the constant sound of golfers striking their balls and pouring new balls into buckets is distracting. I really enjoyed our day at Northgate.”

“I do love book people,I could spend hours in their store and coffee shop.They have a huge variety of books and magazines as well as eclectic gifts as well.I love their body section too, greats soaps and candles! One of the things that keeps me from going here more often is that some of the employees definitely have a pretentious air about them.Not all of them,some are sweet and helpful; but it has definitely dampened my experience with them.With that said,I do prefer to shop there for my book needs ever since Whole Life Books has shut down.”

“My twins started with Liga when they were 14 years of age. Both kids took to Liga's fun, hard work, no nonsense style of coaching immediately. She worked on their Overall Tennis Development and not just on a forehand. She IMPROVED their technique, footwork, strength, agility and mental toughness. She offered professional advise on how many matches to play in a day and how to cool down among many other topics. Both kids rose up through the Texas tennis system, both played varsity in HS and one continues to play college tennis on a scholarship for the second year. Well done Liga, well done.”
