“My girl was very happy with Childtime. She loved her teacher, as well as the lunch lady. I heard Miss Latrice has been ill. We hope she has a speedy recovery. As far as the complaints of her being asleep behind the counter. Grow up! I wish more people has a work ethic like hers. Her illness is NOT contagious. Yet she makes sure she is there to serve YOUR children. Teachers were amazing. I hated having to take my child out. But she has to start regular school. My only problem I had was my daughter constantly came home with head lice. We spent a fortune on medications and shampoos. I wish Childtime would have had worked with me in resolving this issue. But they didn't seem to care much about it. Aside from that. My daughter got a wonderful education. Made friends. Gained social skills. 99% the school worked with all my child's needs and concerns. Would I recommend Childtime. I sure would. Most child care will prop your child in front of a tv or outside.”

“My 2 boys age 6 and 1 relocated from East Texas to Grand Prairie and they had both been at their previous daycares since 6 weeks old; I have nothing but praises to give to the staff at the Lake Ridge location. My boys come home daily with my happiness and they actually crash because they have had so many activities during the day. I’m updated hourly if not less from an app used by the facility for my 1 year old and I get to see how often he’s changed , fed and even photos of playtime and mealtimes. I highly recommend this facility to any relocation/transition family. I get very much help with any billing concerns or for my little baby boy from Ms. Breanna, Ms. Milka, Ms. Christie and Ms. Tia !!! “I booked a storage unit online, for a 50% discount for 2 Full Months. That would be a great blessing for us. I paid for it, went through the whole process. However, when I got the receipt, it didn't look right, and it didn't seem like I would be getting the discount for 2 months. I immediately wrote the contact email of the company explaining the situation. It wasn't but maybe 5 minutes later that I got a response from the main office. The person said that it was after hours, but he saw my question come through and wanted to explain. He then explained the receipt and why it may have looked confusing but assured me that I would receive the 50% discount the second month as stated. I was touched that he took time to answer, even after normal work hours. It made me feel understood.
