“This place is such a lovely little gem in Bouldin! I'm so glad we found it. Our son started going here part time at 9 months old and is in the infant classroom (under 18 months). Everyone here is lovely and he is so, so happy when we pick him up. The campus is adorable and has a ton of outside space. All the kids seem really happy. “I went to Tadlock for 6 years. I made lots of friends here and most of those friends are still my friends today (8th grade). Personally, I thought the teachers were really nice, but from my peer's points of view they disliked the teachers and thought the assignments were stupid. As time went on I realized that my peers were right. There was injustice and bias from the teachers, and the assignments were obsolete. There were also useless rules that were put in place, such as putting up a zero in the hallway while holding a "bubble" in your mouth. You also had to walk in a line, which I understand for the younger kids, but 4th and 5th graders should be able to handle themselves in the hallways without having to walk in a line. There is also censorship. If the school doesn't like something they will block it, an example of this is speaking out. Though they censor things, the school uses student opinion to change things for the better which I think is really good. I also think that there should be fewer years in elementary school mainly because they teach you so little in so much time. Sometimes the teachers give you false information about middle school. Overall, I liked Tadlock and it brought some essential elements needed to be able to succeed in middle school such as basic math, reading and comprehension and how to write an essay.”

“I am writing to respond to Danni Trigo. I am so sorry that you feel like you had an unpleasant experience at our facility. Many of our parents including our employees are single moms and we do everything in our power to help in whatever capacity we can. Just to clarify WE MOST DEFINITELY have cameras throughout our facility. There is one in every room, hallway, playground, cafeteria and office in this building. This was something that we spared no expense on and is always available for our parents to view. In order to ensure that all of our children get the rest they need during the day we do request that all children are dropped off by 11. We lay down for nap shortly after that and other kids being dropped off during nap time can cause a disturbance for the sleeping kids. We have many kids that have parents that need to be at work extra early which requires the children to be at daycare early. Nap time is essential to them getting the rest they need. As far as our group sizes go, we have rules and regulations that are mandated by the State of Texas. Part of those rules prevent us from having "a million" kids in one room. We are at all times in compliance with these rules and regulations. Meal times are also very important to us. We make sure to give each child as many helpings of food as they need to get full. Our menus are approved by the State of Texas as well as the same Food Program that regulates public schools. All of these kids are our babies and we love each and everyone of them dearly which is why we unfortunately put ourselves in the position of parents owing money. I apologize that you were embarrassed about your parents offering to pay your balance but when a large balance is owed to us and a family member comes to our location to settle the balance before the child leaves our care we accept that payment rather than turn the account into collections. I hope you have found another facility to meet your needs. We enjoyed your family for the small time we had them”
