“Since my little one has started going to Daffodils a year ago, he has grown so much. He is slowly overcoming his fears because the teachers take the time and have the patience to work with him and really get to know him. The staff is very caring about all of the children and they work hard to provide a nurturing environment. I love the extra activities they do in the school like music, yoga, fun bus gymnastics, art, and computer lab. They get the best of Montessori mixed with the "progressive" other learning methods to make for very well rounded children. Love it! Thanks!”

“I highly recommend Guitar Instruction of Richardson. I work full time but wanted to try and learn to play the Guitar in what little spare time I had. Steve has a very comfortable/patient teaching style... He allows you to play the music you like, is very knowledgeable, and will work with you when you have a schedule conflict that interferes with your scheduled lesson (very important for me since I travel frequently for work). I especially like having a 1 hour lesson every 2 weeks instead of half hour weekly lessons that most everyone else seems to promote. I liked him so much that I introduced my son to him also. Unlike me, my son is already a good guitar player but wanted to take lessons to learn more about music theory. He also rates Steve 5 stars. You can't go wrong with Steve, superior service at a very reasonable price. But be aware, the address listed in Google is not correct; he is actually up on Arapaho.”

“School is amazing! The staff is amazing and very helpful. My 6th grader had trouble navigating on the first few weeks, but now she knows here way around the whole school! There are not any bad things happening here, so it feels like a pretty safe school. The staff is probably the best part of Nelson. My daughter had trouble opening her locker on the 4th day of school, and a teacher walked over and opened the locker in a jiffy. She was also lost on the second week of school. She was stranded in the 8th grade section and couldn't find gym class. A very kind 8th grade teacher showed her the gym. Overall, this school is one of the best schools I've seen in a while, since my 12th grader is going to graduate soon.”

The classrooms are not over crowded and each student gets more than enough attention. The cost is also very reasonable for such a good environment. “My 4 year old has been to 3 different schools and this is BY FAR the best one! I could write 10 reviews about how well they treated my child. The teachers do a great job with making sure my child behaved and learned a lot. They communicated with my about what she was doing in class and what we could work on. The director was extremely kind and welcoming. Then there’s Whitney who goes above and beyond to communicate with you about anything and everything. She is probably the nicest person I’ve ever met in my life! I felt so comfortable with all of the people that work there. It is so hard to find a place that you can take your child and feel 100% confident your child is safe, loved, well taken care of and learning a lot! She went there 2 years and i was never let down! Thank you so much Heartland! If we weren’t moving we would never leave!”

They are both doing really well in elementary school now and are reading above their current grade levels. They have also attended the summer program. “CHL Saginaw is a wonderful child care facility. We have been lucky enough to be part of this family for several years. They treat your kids like their own. These days teachers come and go and their staff has been the most consistent I’ve ever seen. This is huge and I hear from friends etc. the struggles of the constant changing of staff. This is a huge testament of how great this place is. I also have a child with special needs (autism) and they treat and support him so well. Sarah has a wonderful personality and developed a great repore with my daughter, all the while, using her incredible understanding of music to help my daughter improve in both the disciplines she was studying. Sarah systematically taught my daughter the foundational skills necessary to have a sustainable, beautiful voice; read music; and play piano; and then continued to build upon those skills.
