“Cool Box made this such an easy process for me! I booked my appointment over the phone and had the box delivered exactly when they said it would. The rep I spoke with was friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions patiently. I was able to load everything when it was convenient for me which took some of the stress out of the process. I chose to have the box picked up and delivered to my new address. The driver showed up on time and delivered the box with no issues at all. I definitely recommend them!”

“The main elder woman that pretty much maintains the office during business hours is a real sweetheart. The owners seems very reasonable and understanding but firm business folk. Units are nice for outside units. Reasonably priced and the have where you can store cars or boats & rv's I presume and it has covered storage for them at least some. Its gated and closes at 7pm.”

“Highly recommended! I have space in two different locations and like the facilities at each...clean, secure and well maintained. The staff have always been attentive and helpful. The manager (Amy) of the Market Center location in Dallas is top notch! It seems that Life Storage is slightly more expensive than comparable spaces, but not so much so that I'd go to the hassle of moving. In a perfect world they'd have 24 hour access (it's only 6am to 9pm) but I knew going in they didnt. One can hope!!”

I can't say enough how much she will go out of her way to make sure the customer is satisfied. The units are clean and super secure. You need to go through 2 levels of security to get to the units. So your belongings will always be safe. Our company is so glad that we went with this location. We have 2 units and will continue to use this Public Storage location.”
