“Great place to store your things at reasonable prices. To Brianna Alley: You cannot fault the storage business. It is not the business' responsibility to provide or even offer insurance. You should have asked the business if they offered it before signing the papers to rent a storage room. You could have even asked your own insurance company to see if they offer it (it's dirt cheap by the way...shouldn't even be more than $10 a month). Because you didn't do what you should have done before signing the papers to rent a space, that's on you. Just chalk it up as a good lesson learned.”

“This facility and concept are so unique I am elated to be an owner. I would recommend a space for anyone who has a web-based business, Antique or custom vehicles, classic RV’s and more. The facility is so convenient for me to host meetings with out of town clients. I have access to a 24/7 clubhouse equipped with all the bells and whistles including a conference room for owners only! The security system and coded custom gate system ensure me my property is protected impeccably. The night watchmen is a real hoot the perfect combination of deputy dog and Barney Fife, yet on guard like a loyal old hound with a bite to match. He’s a great old guy who’s always up for a conversation but serious about his duties. I would strongly recommend Luxury to anyone. ”

Plus friendly staff 5 stars :) hidden gem in Kingwood. They were the first storage place in Kingwood. Been there since 70s the desk lady said. So they got to be doing something right.”

“Process of loading can be tweeked. I understand no pallet program but stacks should have one sticker and rest tucked in shrink wrap instead of breaking down and stickering every peoce at the expense of the driver. Im running out of time because appointment time doesnt matter except for who can back to dock when they can. You must change operations to get the freight moving. Quit being cheap pay higher and hire more. Staff has great character. Dont wait for a federally mandated detainage fee. If stickers must be on all pieces then do it on the product line instead of firing shots at the dock workers and drivers.”

“This storage is great! Moved my things in a couple of weeks before Hurricane Harvey and I was so scared my belongings had flooded but they did not! Everything was bone dry in my unit and nothing was damaged. Highly recommend this as a safe and secure storage facility. Pam at the front desk was always really friendly and helpful as well. Can't ask for more from a facility.”
