About three months later I updated it to four stars because I did feel like they were trying to do a good job and that they made up for the initial issues and I had been harsh with my initial review. I am updating it again, but keeping it at 4 stars because I feel like it can get a little humid inside. The temperature is where it needs to be, and I don't think that the humidity is dangerous to the stuff that I have stored here - it's just less than perfect, I'd give the place 4.5 stars if I could. And a special mention to the manager, Bill, he has been the biggest reason for me changing my opinion on this place from 1 star to 4.5.”
