“check in was easy , fast unloading . The only thing my take on this place is the lady at office, rude as rudeness would be , but I was ok as long I wasn’t insulted. Prior reviews on the craziness of this place were right. I checked that with an employee who said “ yes this place was shi***le untill they cleared all containers out of the way . So now you may get a door right away even before you check in doors 40-50 and the y you check in at door #1 .. I was amazed and excited . NO OVERNIGHT PARKING”

We loved that they offered motion detectors, for an additional fee, for the unit! All one level units and various sizes inside with temp control was also nice. You have to put tandems to the back chock wheels and disconnect and park in front next to some empty trailers. Pretty quick to unload around 1hr”

“I cannot imagine having gone through this move process with any other company. We began this journey 16 months ago when my husband accepted a job in another state. We sold our home and Element came out and packed us up, put most of our things in storage for us and moved a smaller amount to an apartment while my husband put in his notice. Upon further investigating his new job was not as it had been represented, and this began the string of events over the next year and a half that caused us to have to move three more times before finally settling in Sherman. I cannot fathom working through all these changes, such as reworking our move from long distance to local, with any other company. These people became my family for the next year and a half, not just working through things but also supporting me and doing what they could to try to make things a little easier. Every single move team for every single move was absolutely top notch, professional, kind, incredibly hard working and fun to spend the day with. Because my process took so long, there was some turnover in the office but each person that came in was amazing as well. This company is a well-oiled machine and run by people who actually care. We have had some truly traumatizing moves with unscrupulous companies and we wanted to be sure we worked with one we could trust. I am so grateful for every person here that helped us through this incredibly uncertain time. I would not hesitate to hire them again in a heartbeat!”
