The communication was excellent and when a delay caused the repair to take an extra day or two than originally expected, they even helped by sending out a loaner lift to use until my repair could be completed. “Ben is the example of good customer relations and service. Given my unusual needs, he was patient and accommodating. He even managed to get me a very convenient upgrade to my original space request that I made online. My only other comments would be about Public Storage as a company. They should have a system to submit requested documentation in electronic form instead of relying completely on printed/paper. The place is very clean and the facility looks pretty new and very secure. Thank you!”
