A huge advantage is that you only pay for the amount of space utilized in the trailer; no paying for unused space as with most all of the other container / pod services. “Great experience from start to finish. We moved in from out of state and Julia and Tiffany were very helpful and friendly in helping us with the transition. We thought it would be a few short months but it was nearly a year that we had our stuff there in a climate controlled unit. The facility was always clean, and well kept and we felt our stuff was safe with the gated access and owners on site. They offered recommendations when asked and were always response too! “This camping spot was accommodating to our needs, we felt safe, and it's in a convenient location. We enjoyed the drive-in movie theater nearby. The time of year that we visited the KOA had dead vegetation, hopefully there is more green grass and nice trees according to their pictures. The dog park access was convenient, we really liked this place, we will stay again. Military discount and location near Texas Tech was our main considerations.”

However, unfortunately it would not fit in the space do to some unforeseen dynamics with my 5th-wheel. They completely understood and simply canceled the contract. “The property isn't bad the lady that runs it is nice....but she struggles to bill you correctly. Thanksgiving day (today) we were harassed about our bill not being paid, we paid it the day it was due; my wife had to show her proof and then we had to explain how monthly billing works. We seriously had to explain that August to November was 4 payments not 5. I'm not sure if she is having trouble with billing due to age or just inability, but I do not think it is an intentional that she tries to collect more than is due.”

“Since the new owner took over, the facility has been complete refurbish (rebuilt). An electronic gate with a keypad for your personal keypad key was installed as well as security cameras. The facility could be said to be like brand new! Access is 24 x 7. The owner is very easy to work with and will address any issue that may arise promptly and until you are satisfied with the outcome. There are several different sized units to choose from . A website is provide for online payments and you can even set up auto-pay if you wish. Convenient location and great management.”

“Pros Staging area Clean restrooms Security was nice Overnight parking Room for backing Cons None I had a good experience here. Arrived and hour before appt, went to the Security office checked in and he gave me a door. I was there total 2hours and on my way. I didnt park overnight but i did ask Security if they had parking and he said yes despite the signs saying no. Its near another cold storage building right next door, just ask Security for directions.”
