I found the owner and managers to be attentive and courteous and very available to help with special needs and requests. “I have used this facility for both RV storage and a traditional storage unit. The main reason I have and will continue to use them is they have 24/7 security that roams the facility and is highly attentive to all individuals who enter and exit the grounds. I have talked with all of the security officers and they are all extremely friendly and helpful. San Antonio consistently has storage units burglarized and being that I am leaving for a year I cannot check on my unit regularly. I feel my property is safe at this facility and I have no concerns of it being burglarized. Also, one time I accidentally left a door open on my RV and the security immediately noticed it after I left, secured the door, and notified me the following day which was awesome. Great facility if the security of your property is important to you.”

“This is a great place, clean, has a covered boat wash area, and 24 hour access gate. Red gave great service when I was trying to find boat storage. Met me on a Sunday afternoon to give me instant access when I came off the water. The storage unit has timer electric to recharge trolling motor batteries. Also a timer overhead light. Very nice and convenient to area boat launches. Highly recommend them.”
