“Petty's recovered my wife's car after a minor wreck due to the recent winter storm. She was very grateful for their professionalism and assurances the car would be safely stored until we could get it. I went by to pay the bill and take the car but the right rear tire was flat and beyond repair. The staff stated they don't really work with flat tires but got a floor jack and pneumatic wrench and changed the bad tire for the spare anyway. That was much appreciated. While we never want to need a wrecking service, I would recommend Petty's if you do.”

They were easy to work with on scheduling and payment. The moving crew was professional, careful, and coordinated with me exactly the path to take (which they evaluated before unloading a thing) and final placement of the 4.large pieces. “I've been dealing with this business for at least 20 years and there haven't been many issues with theft nor vandalism. My storage unit got broken into once in all the time I've been a customer there. I know of no other issues at this location. They have 24 hour surveillance and the information was turned in to the local Police Department who conducted an investigation. I would recommend this family owned business to anyone looking to deal with honest and fair people.”

Sadly, the communication is lacking and the management of the property does not process payments in a timely fashion.
