The hours that units are accessible are very flexible (6 a.m. - 10 p.m.), and the facility is very clean and secure, with air conditioning always working well. The only downside is the frequent price increases, but unfortunately this seems to be pretty standard for this industry. However, the employees have always been very helpful in mitigating these price increases so that they are manageable.”

On the other hand, U-Haul could have a 3, for no less than half employees that are on staff always seem disinterested in being there, can never reach a local U-Haul on the phone, and moving boxes are very high priced I feel.”
