“Porters is a first class establishment. They offer full processing services as well as hide and taxidermy options. They don’t do actual taxidermy on site but have quality, dependable work done through their outfit. They have been in business for years and are a respectable group. Just like ANY other business they make money. If you bring in an alligator for processing they will be forthright and let you know all the expenses associated with having an alligator processed. There are no hidden fees and they are honest people. Just like getting a deer processed. If you drop one off, don’t expect to pick up a free bag of deer meat once it’s done. I would trust them with all of my alligators and have been dealing with them for 13 years. If you are anywhere from Matagorda to Louisiana and need a gator processor, these are the people for you. I will continue to use them for as long as I trap alligators. They are great supporters of their community and all around good, honest people. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. As good as it gets.”

“I like this Family Dollar because the employees are friendly and helpful. The only thing I am not too fond of, is that there is always boxes all throughout the store aisles, making it incredibly difficult to even get close to what I'm shopping for. Perhaps stocking should be done at an earlier or later time in the day, because with it being around dinner time, I probably would have grabbed something to cook and a few more things if I would have been able to get to them. For the most part though, this Family Dollar is definitely higher up on my list then some. And thank you to the gentleman who stands at the door.
