“I'm a student pilot currently flying with Ron Guyre ( Nov '21). A&W offers Part 61 training (i.e., fly-when-you-can), which means "no pressure." Disclosure... A&W ain't the "fanciest" flight school in town, but in comparison to other flight training programs, A&W has the best local rates. If you don't care about "looks," but you want to obtain your private pilot certificate (~40 to 60 hours), I would recommend A&W.”

“While i was a student attending the university, My son attended the center from fall semester 2001 until beginning of spring semester 2006. I cannot say enough positive things about the center and the part it played inopening my sons quest for knowledge and information. My son is who he is Today because of his time at the center...hands down with out a doubt!!!.They ( the center itself, his guides, the student workers, thhe entire staff) sparked curiousity, questions, and conversations and instilled drive and dedication all through play and practil life. They are a dedicated MONTESSORI based early childhood center. Montessori you say...What is that?? please if you are unsure, unaware, or skeptical Do RESEARCH! I am an advocate for montessori but this blog is not about the method..its about the center :). I Am not a parent who is technologically connected to my childs grades,teachers,or school. This means i am not notified below X. I am a parent who has his artwork and projects from the center hanging in my house, has conversations with him about our 2nd amendment and The Bill of Rights, and gets to see him practice his right to vote. The center played a pivitol part in is education and along the way manners and politness were taught and modeled. 15 years later my son is connally high school graduate class of 2019 and a future longhorn class of 2023. invest in your child...start here!”

“This is a great place for your kids to learn to act, get coached and taped. Lauren is professional and awesome with the kids! She cares about the kids. When my 6 year old son booked a commercial this past month, Lauren walked him through all that he needed to know to shoot this commercial. My daughter is 8 years old and just had her first taping for a movie. She did great! I couldn’t believe it was my daughter. She has been taking Lauren’s acting classes for over a year. My daughter went from a shy girl to a confident young lady. Lauren is awesome!”

“Great place to explore the intricacies of Pokémon Go. There are giant prairie dogs that pop up from the sewer and steal your organs and sell them on the dark web. It’s not so much a college of music, but more a tepid wasteland of forgotten dreams. It is really difficult to get fresh seafood in this area so get ready to fill the void in your life with permanent markers and silver spray paint. You will succeed here if you have the passion and drive to crush others in your path. The bathrooms smell like an aging pirate with leprosy. Some of the teachers are nice and can show you epic dance moves.”

“A few years ago, I attended a "Concept Painting with Photoshop" and a "Basic Corel Painter" digital painting class that changed the way I worked. I had used only a small portion of the painting power that Photoshop offered and I had never worked in Corel Painter before this class. When both classes were over, I never worked the same way again. My skills had solidly improved and I began to have the confidence I needed to seek and attain a number of freelance illustration contracts. The instructors are patient, understanding and subject matter experts. If you are lucky enough to receive instruction from Master Painter Roger Barcilon, you will benefit immensely from his wealth of experience and knowledge. If you are looking to earn a 4-year diploma in visual arts and communications, check out their degree plan. If you can participate in one of their summer painting or digital graphics week-long courses, I recommend you attend. It was well worth it and changed my career and enjoyment of art.”
