“I've been a client of Sandra Larson for over a decade. She's a lovely and kind woman, who has a true gift! We originally reached out to Sandra when our beloved dog, Pippa, passed away. My wife was so heartbroken I was willing to do and try anything to help her. They had a very special bond. On a referral, I contacted Sandra for a session. I honestly didn't expect much, but when Sandra starting telling us that Pippa never left my wife's side when she became very ill with cancer, she got my attention. But when Sandra told us Pippa loved sharing my wife's popsicles during her chemo treatments my mouth fell open. I couldn't believe it. During that session, Sandra continued to tell us very personal and specific information that nobody could have known about my wife's relationship with Pippa. When I asked her how she know that, Sandra simply told us 'Pippa told me'. Just knowing Pippa was happy and really communicating with us, helped transform my wife's grief. We were so very grateful that we contacted her for that first session. Since that session with Sandra, we've had many, many more. She's helped us with behavior issues with our other dogs over the years, and also helped us transition Buddy when he became very ill. We are so grateful for the help and insight Sandra has given us over the years. She's the real deal! We just can't thank her enough!”

“I have to say that our apartments have had some challenges. The owner has made strides in fixing up the property. I'm a current resident and I can't imagine the stress on corporate/owner trying to bring our place to be a good place to live. I'm so thankful to have been here for years without any problems. For many of us it's home for some it's a temporary place. They'll give you a chance but it's up to you to pay on time and they'll work with you. Our apartment managers are very helpful especially our new manager C.J. he's very hands on. He walking the property all day trying to get things done for the tenants. He's on it when there's as issue. Overall it's an affordable, well lit ,safe place to live I like it here and with the cost of rent in other places I'm staying if they don't make me move for something beyond my control 😆!”

“I had a dreaded leak from my roof, water dripping inside the house and all, I called Sprauer roofing and Johnny quickly and professionally responded at my convenience checking out the issue and noticing several other issues some including poor work done by the roofers that replaced the roof in 2015 just before I purchased the house and some poor maintenance on my part, after giving my approval they quickly and quietly repaired the problems. Needles to say I am impressed and it is difficult to see the work they did as it blends right in. I will be recommending them to others.”

She is amazing and will do almost anything to get haircuts for you, even on weekend if she's available. I've gotten haircuts on Sat and Sunday (Sunday when she has work) Yvette's prices are awesome and my haircut is always straight and even and fast. I live outside of denton and intentionally drive here just because of her service. Won't go anywhere else as long as she's there!!!!”
