After going through about 6+ companies and the run around, scams, frauds, sabotage to my AC, I was referred to this company by a financing company. I feel like I hit the jackpot. This company did EVERYTHING right. My first call I spoke to Brandon and while we were on the phone, he sent out his guy (James) to measure the house for a new AC..what size I may need. This was at the end of the day. How awesome is that? The next week we scheduled for install and his guys were here all day and never even left for a lunch break. They worked their butts off on getting that into my little closet. James checked in from time to time on that day as well as Brandon called to check on me and how things were going. Brandon listened to every single story and detail I had to say. I felt like I was number one throughout this entire process. I now have a new AC. What's great is, they also do other things like electrical, roofing, home remodeling etc. Now I have someone to call when I need help with the house and whom I can trust. This is what its all about. The best customer service on the planet. It certainly made up for all the hell I went through with those other companies. I am so grateful I was sent this wonderful company and wonderful people working there. All of them went above and beyond. I cant say enough good about them, I really cant. “I can't say enough good about Eagle Crest Assisted Living. My Mom was only there for a month before she passed away, and in that month I realized there are people who really, really care. My Mom felt so loved there. The girls came to see her every day and would tell her how beautiful she was and she loved every minute of that. They would come see her before and after their shifts on their own time. I was there with her 90% of the time she was there and I saw it first hand. They made my Mom's last month on this earth so precious and I will never forget that. I want to name names but I'm afraid I'll leave someone out and there isn't one person I would want to leave out.
