“I visited several ALF's in the area with my Mom. Both her and I chose The Rose at Round Rock. She had been living on her own until about 5 months ago. I really thought I would have a difficult time getting her to move into an ALF, but she did it. The staff at all levels have been extremely friendly and so helpful. I appreciate all they have been doing for my Mom. She really likes it there. Enjoys the food and sitting by the warm fireplace in the lobby. I'm trying to get my Mom to get more involved with the activities at The Rose. They have a nice selection and I see other residents having a good time. My Mom was recently at a SNF and all she wanted to do was to go 'home' back to The Rose. That made me feel good knowing she was missing where I had moved her to. Request a tour of the facility and check it out. There is some remodeling taking place, so know this is just temporary.”

“Such a great place. I saw Megan and had a two color full foil. She did such a great job! She was fun to chat with and had me cracking up. The building is a beautiful old craftsman style house that has been convertered, very thoughtfully, into a really inviting, peaceful, and charming in the best ways salon and spa. I would highly recommend them. My only small complaint/critique is that they need a much more visible sign. The salon is set back off of the road and the front and near the driveway have some bushes that partially obscure the small and hard to see/read from the road. I passed it and had to turn around and drive really slowly to find it on my second pass. So when going there it is on the North side of the road. (The highway runs east and west) and has a small maroon sign. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did.”

We scheduled an appointment for him (he was the guinea pig ;D ) and he came back home really happy about his visit.
