“I live there for 7 years and never had an issue. It was hard to move out after I bought my house though. Peaceful and quiet place. The staff is very nice. I don’t know the property manager name , but he is very kind and always trying to make his residents happy by giving food on the way out, or inviting them for events. Only dealt with Mary, his assistant, and always took care of me. She always showed care and support. Don’t let bad reviews fool you. Try it out and you won’t regret it. The apartments are clean and the maintenance team is always working trying to keep the place clean. At least if call for maintenance emergency, someone will be there for you even if it is at the middle of night.”

“Dr. Pace has been my urologist for 9 years. He has successfully treated me for kidney stones and helped my BPH through a TURP procedure. Now I am relying on him for my issues with kidney cancer. He is extremely competent, caring and patient. I am 83 and have had urological problems for more than 30 years. Before finding Dr. Pace I was treated by 4 other urologists, one at Columbia Presbyterian in NYC, one who was the Chairman of the Department of Urology at Penn Medical School, and two others. NONE of these men were as good as Dr. Pace. I recommend him without reservation of any kind.”

Matt always made an effort to explain what they were doing and why everyday, and he was sure to answer all of our questions. We also had fun and interesting chats just about every morning, which was a great way to start the day! Nue Floors didn’t nickel-and-dime us on anything, and even went so far to install a small amount of baseboard that needed to be replaced and tighten up a door knob. We had the chocolate shake and the s’mores sundae and both were fantastic! The ice cream flavor alone is perfect and the chocolate on the inside/outside of the cup, sprinkles and s’mores garnishes were great! Oh, and the ducks on top are a blast!
