I was up there a lot visiting my mom and loved the way each patient was treated in an individual manner. They take into account the individual personalities of the patients and handle them accordingly to what is best for each one. There is no one size fits all here. No nursing home is perfect and the two minor complaints I had were addressed and handled immediately and I was thanked for bringing it to their attention. Can't beat that!”
