Forms and checklists overpower the one on one relationship. The Testing choices are limited to rules of various controlling interests. As the public becomes more aware of their responsibilities of their own health, I was disappointed to find HCA was now doing their own lab work bypassing the trend data which I get automatically from Lab Corp for my Health App.”

It was icy, and there was no staff, but he was still answering phones and helping people as best he could. He discovered a tumor on my dog and was incredibly patient and sensitive discussing that issue. We have been taking our 2 cats and dog to Four Paws for years. “I recently went on a tour at this complex with Megan. I had the best experience, she was very informative, and gave me all of the details I needed before signing my lease. The complex is very well kept, the bathrooms were clean (which is a big indicator of how well they keep up with things) and the location is great. The pool is huge and I love that they have a dog park for my pet. As we toured, the complex seemed very quiet, even though it's right off of the highway. I'm excited to move in and will update this once I get to experience life at the Ruby!”

Prior reviews on the craziness of this place were right. I checked that with an employee who said “ yes this place was shi***le untill they cleared all containers out of the way . So now you may get a door right away even before you check in doors 40-50 and the y you check in at door #1 .. I was amazed and excited . NO OVERNIGHT PARKING”

“Clean and modern! The facility is super COOL - literally 😉 but honestly, the staff is incredibly kind and educational. Got a small tour of the place, you put on a cute lil snow outfit (robe, slipper boots, ear warmers, etc.) and step into a large freezer for a few minutes. I’ve never done cryo before, just ice baths through college. This is a must try and an even more MUST visit location!”
