“It has been a wild but transforming journey with Mitch as my personal trainer. Some background, on a good day, I am 4 ft 9.5 inches, ~120lbs, 30 yo female. Mitch was extremely flexible in working around my unpredictable schedule especially when I was away for a few months. If I could have been able to stick to my schedule I would be a on American Ninja Warrior by now :) I believe in two months I have worked with him 3x/4x a week, I have succeeded or have gotten extremely close to my goals. Mitch is kind, motivating, understood my fitness goals and implemented great training plans so I could reach them. He is thorough in explaining what muscles and why you are doing the exercises he prescribes. At times that I pushed myself too hard and injured myself he adjusted and accommodated the workout to alleviate further pain. I'll admit that at first I was a little iffy about it since it's an old Denny's building and the prices seemed a bit high, but the food was good and the portions massive. It's a pity that we heard of her so late, and her piano class is in our community. It only takes four minutes to drive. “I had to make the difficult decision to place my mom in hospice in April. She was with the first company for 2 weeks before I had to switch her. That was the best decision I ever made for my mom. The entire staff has been nothing but loving and caring not just to my mom but my children and myself included. My mom looks forward to her daily visits with her aide Denise who has now become a part of our family. Her social worker Venieca is always just a call or text away. She has been a listening ear and real support on moms bad days. The entire nursing staff treat my mom with so much love and respect. They are so gentle with her. I truly recommend these ladies to be your support team during the hardest days.”
