They not only got the job completed within a day but we also saved well over $1,000! They were quick, fast and did such a great job. They found a leak we’ve had for a long time and they fixed it. Our small group was made up of several people over 70 years old and the elevator was a great help for all of us. The place was exactly as described and everyone had a great time. “I’ve been staying here for a few years now . The office staff are super friendly and a joy. Amber is sweet and Cecil is a great addition to the team with his humor. If I had to comment on what could be better .. I 100% would say the parking. The parking is awful here. Assigned parking or additional parking would be great! Often residence have to walk pretty far to get home. Grocery shopping can be a nightmare if not timed correctly spots fill up quickly. Drivers tend to spend so speed bumps around corners could be helpful since the kids have to wait in the front for the bus. Maintenance is on top of it, and respond quickly to request and are extremely friendly. The insides of the apartments are clean and the nest thermostats are a nice perk. There isn’t much cabinet space but it’s a cozy apartment and community.”
