Talia, Conrad and Eric keep the workouts motivating and fun and check in with you at every station. I also love how 9Round is the solution to previous fitness club barriers I once faced. I don’t need to rush to make it to a certain class start time and there’s always a trainer there to keep you motivated throughout your workout who ensures you do it safely and correctly. I also love how each station is only 3 minutes. Before you know it, you’re on station 7 and almost done. The workouts are no joke and super fun.
