“Phenomenal service from start to finish. Sage was extremely helpful and efficient when I came by the other day to rent a unit. I called him on my lunch break and told him what my wife and I were looking for and he said he could show me a few options that he recommended and promised to have me in-and-out so I could make it back to work in time. Promises made, promises kept. The moment I walked in, Sage was extremely friendly, professional and most importantly, he respected my time. He took me to look at 3 different options, and I picked one that would work for our purposes and budget. The whole process took ~20 minutes. Sage even went out of his way to make us a great deal on a climate-controlled unit. He sent over the paperwork via email and provided me with all of the instructions for my new unit. If you are in the market for a new storage space, I HIGHLY recommend you visit Sage at Discount Storage off 96th and University, you won't be disappointed. P.S. This facility is EXTREMELY secure and clean. There's even music playing after hours in the buildings so it's not eerily quiet if you are there by yourself.”

Only down side was waiting over an hour to get an oil change because my filter needed to be ordered and delivered. “The location is clean. The prices are good. But the reason I wrote this review is to bring up the service. An elderly lady was having trouble with using one of the fuel pumps. An employee behind the counter went with the elderly lady to the pump to help her. I wish I saw her name. But if management is reading this review the employee was a young Mexican woman. Black hair and wearing all black. This was June 1st around 10am. I think good service like this should be recognized.”
