Kelly and Zach not only make you feel welcome, they take the time to make sure that they know what you can and cannot do and adjust the "scale" accordingly. They focus on safety and learning the correct and safe way to do what the workout requires. I am 55, I have been officially attending 3 classes per week for the last month and can already understand the importance of the "functional fitness" aspect of CrossFit. There are people of all ages, all skill level and it is fun...hard work but fun. I am already doing/learning things I never imagined I would be doing. I highly recommend CrossFit Merak. Great coaches, great people, if you are nervous to get started...don't be... you will be happy you did it. :-)”

“We only stayed one night but found the park wonderful. We had a back-in gravel site but there are many big rig friendly pull throughs. The staff and folks in the park we met were very friendly and all the water/power/sewer hookups worked well. Our site was level and the bathhouse is very clean and modern. I highly recommend this park.”

“We have a new build and had a hailstorm about eight months ago. We had two other roofers come to our house and tell us we definitely needed a new roof. When Brian came out he did a thorough inspection and told me that with the new shingles he wouldn't claim it on insurance if it were him, but we should check again in about eight months (since we could still make a claim as long as within a year). He just came out again and after inspection, he told us we didn't need a new roof. That is unheard of around here. Most roofers try to sell you things you don't need. There is a lot of low-quality work out there since roofers do not need licenses. I repeatedly here good things about Grave's roofing for their honesty and knowledge, and saw it firsthand when he did not try to sell me something I didn't need.”

“Always a treat to come here, for me anyway! I'm retired, so it's never a problem to wait...but you will, because it's always in demand. Online ordering or walk-ins, plan to wait. I don't mind, because I enjoy observing. People standing together waiting for their cookies...can be very entertaining. The place is clean, open, bright, with very high ceilings, but that's just the kitchen area. The waiting area ...not so much, and it gets crowded in there, so prepare yourself for both! Just focus on those samples at the register and you'll be fine. And just breathe in. Fresh baked cookies!!”
